Act within the timer
Prepare a decision before the final seconds. Repeated delays can interrupt the rhythm for everyone watching the table.
Live table etiquette
Online tables move to a fixed rhythm. Reading the panel first and keeping chat courteous makes the session clearer for everyone at the table.
Before the first round
Open the rules, confirm the table limits and watch one round if the interface is unfamiliar. The betting timer is fixed, and a dealer cannot extend it for one player.
Use chat for brief, civil messages. Dealers cannot change an outcome, offer personal account support or provide a strategy that removes the house edge.
Table courtesy
Prepare a decision before the final seconds. Repeated delays can interrupt the rhythm for everyone watching the table.
Avoid abuse, personal questions and claims that another player caused an outcome. Roulette spins and dealt cards do not respond to the chat.
Blackjack rules and side bets differ between tables. The information panel, not memory from another table, governs the round.
A win or loss does not require another round. Closing the table at the chosen stopping point is part of responsible play.
Do not argue with the dealer in chat. Note the game name, round identifier and time, then contact the operator’s support team. Jackpots Insight cannot inspect game records or operator accounts.
